What we collect

The data controller is Progress Institute SARL (RCS Nanterre 943 673 749, Clichy, France), operating as GTalk2VoIP.

Account data: name, work email, company and billing details you provide when creating an account or contacting us.

Service data: call records, recordings and transcripts your account generates, numbers and configuration, and usage metrics needed for billing and quality.

Technical data: logs, IP addresses and device information used for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To operate the service: routing calls, storing recordings under your retention settings, producing invoices and providing support.

To protect the platform: fraud detection, abuse prevention and security monitoring.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the content of your calls, recordings or transcripts to train models for other customers.

Storage and security

Media is encrypted in transit (TLS, SRTP) and recordings are encrypted at rest.

Recordings and transcripts follow the retention policy you configure and are deleted when it expires.

Access to production systems is restricted, logged and reviewed.

Your rights

You can export your call logs, recordings and transcripts from the console at any time.

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data through the contact form; we respond within 30 days.

If you close your account, service data is deleted after a wind-down period stated in your agreement, except where law requires longer retention.
