Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

Voice networks only work when everyone connected to them behaves. This policy sets the standards every GTalk2VoIP account agrees to, alongside the Terms of Service.

Scope of the service

GTalk2VoIP is a platform for businesses operating their own conversational communications: answering their customers, calling their contacts and running their internal telephony.

The platform is not an automated mass-calling product, and platform capacity may not be resold, aggregated or offered onward as a communications service to third parties. Accounts operating this way will be closed.

Prohibited traffic

Illegal robocalling, artificially generated or inflated traffic, and any calling pattern designed to exploit termination or origination revenue.

Caller-ID spoofing or misuse: presenting numbers you are not authorised to use, or altering caller identity to deceive.

Calls or messages that violate telemarketing, consent or do-not-call rules applicable to the destination, including recorded-message and AI-generated call disclosure requirements.

Harassment, threats, fraud or any content that is unlawful in the origin or destination jurisdiction.

Recording and AI disclosure

Where you enable call recording or transcription, you are responsible for obtaining every consent your jurisdictions require.

Where AI agents place or answer calls on your behalf, you must comply with any applicable disclosure rules about automated or synthetic voices.

Enforcement

We monitor traffic patterns for fraud and abuse indicators, and we act on carrier and recipient complaints.

We may suspend traffic that presents an immediate risk to the platform, other customers or interconnection partners, and we notify you when we do.

Violations can lead to account closure. Where the law requires it, we report illegal traffic to regulators and carriers.

Reporting abuse

To report abusive traffic involving our platform, use the contact form and select the Support topic. Include the calling and called numbers and the time of the call; reports are reviewed by the operations team.
