Yes you can register against multiply SIP services, just define all your SIP accounts on personal account page on gtalk2voip.com.

Hello Rendo,
Techprefix is some sequence of digits or '+' sign that will be put (prepend) your dialing number when call is placed to SIP service provider. For example, some SIP providers claim to prepend numbers with '+' or '00' to be able to distinguish international numbering format from local.
