I have tried the voice conference service under gtalk and it seems ok ;
I don't see any way to share a common chat window with this conf ;
so, we have to use the one-to-one chat windows to exchange text messages with each participant ; not so practical ;
did I miss something ?
is such a function planned in the future ?

thanks

Hello Bigstyx,

There's no such feature at the moment, but we will implement it soon. I'll let you know when it's ready to test.

Regards,
Ruslan.

Hello.

Set up a conference call using CONF command, invite other with INVITE (or ask them to join with JOIN), then all text you send to the bot will be displayed to other room participants.

Ruslan.

Hello Smanic.

There's no such feature in our gateway (it's primarily voice service, not chat . But, you can use Jabber multi-user chat conferences with any Jabber complient client. For instance, you may try our Talkonaut app for mobiles from it can do lots of things, like voice calls and MUC. Unfortunetly Google Talk itself (including their TalkGadget) does not support MUC extention of Jabber protocol, so there's no conferences in it . I believe someone will write a better clone of Google Talk app for PC with all the Jabber features.

Regards,
Ruslan.

Hello Smanic,

We are going to come up with Symbian 3rd/2nd first. After that we will try to port it to UIQ3 and WM5.

Ruslan.
